Q: What tool are you working on?

A: The tool that I am working on is a hacksaw.
Q: What is a hacksaw?
A: A hacksaw or a handsaw is a fine toothed metal blade.
Q: What can a hacksaw do?
A: It can be useful for cutting metal.
Q: What other materials can it cut?
A: It can cut other materials like plastic, wood, and even pipes.
Q: Is this tool very sharp?
A: Hacksaw blades can range from 14-32 teeth per inch. 
Q: How do you hold a hacksaw correctly?
A: You must comfortably hold the handsaw with two hands. One hand must be placed on the handle and the other must be held the opposite side of the hacksaw handle.
Q: How do you use it to cut things?
A: Place the blade on the metal to start cutting. Apply pressure and make long strokes and use the entire length of the blade.  
Q: Is it difficult to use?

A: Yes, it requires a lot strength.
Q: How big is the handsaw?
A: It is about two feet. 
Q: Is it safe to use?
A: Yes, but you must hold it firm and make sure that the metal or plastic you are cutting is secured in place.
